ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management for Businesses
ISO 9001:2015 is the internationally recognised standard for the Quality Management of businesses. It guarantees that products and services delivered will be at consistent Quality levels through standardised procedures and constant monitoring of our processes. We’ve held this certification since 2011.
ISO 17100:2015 – Translation Services
As part of our drive to continually improve consistency and efficiency, we’ve registered and certified for the ISO 17100 Translation Services standard. This is the internationally recognised standard for companies within the translation industry, and covers the essential processes for providing a translation service.
This certification demonstrates our ability to continuously provide translation services that meet our clients’ requirements, and ensures our compliance with the legal regulations in line with ISO 17100:2015. We gained this certification in 2021.
ISO/IEC 27001:2013 – Information Security Management - CERTIFIED
Our clients trust us to handle their content. With robust mechanisms in place, Lingo24 ensures the security of our clients’ data, which remain strictly confidential during the translation process.
These mechanisms cover both our technical platform and internal processes when handling client data. In 2021 we gained certification for ISO/IEC 27001:2013 – Information Security Management System.
