He brings deep experience in operations, strategic growth, executive management and a proven record of helping organisations successfully integrate, operationalise, and scale their businesses.
David heads Virgin Pulse, the leading global provider of employee wellbeing and engagement technology solutions, which was founded in 2004 as part of Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group.

Don DePalma has been involved in shaping the globalisation strategies of some of the world’s largest firms and the market strategies of the industry’s most influential language service and technology providers.
As the original founder of CSA Research in 1999, Don has been instrumental in establishing the company as the preeminent market research firm in localisation and globalisation.
Don has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of technology, language services, and market research. Prior to founding CSA, he co-founded Interbase Software, served as vice president of corporate strategy at Idiom Technologies, and was one of the first analysts at Forrester Research, where he consulted to senior management at Global 2000 companies.
