Cat is an experienced and entertaining key note speaker and evangelist for Sales Enablement and Digital Selling. She sets the vision and strategy for Sales Enablement at Xerox, globally, and leads cross-departmental transformation programs focused on improving the sales experience, which in turn leads to a better customer experience and revenue growth.
Over her 20+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing and Selling, Cat has delivered hundreds of social media marketing and social selling talks, training courses and webinars, and has led the way in transforming the Xerox sales reps, both direct and indirect, into Digital Sellers for the past 4 years.


Simon Roberts from Mercateo
Simon has a rich and varied background in Marketplace Technology, Blockchain, APIs, Mobile, Cloud, EDI, Analytics – terms with a technical origin, but that lead to a fundamental change in the P2P end user experience.
Over his 20+ year career, Simon has built successful and competent teams through knowledge management, Challenger sales methodology, enablement programs, and coaching and can count Digital Procurement, Blockchain, IOT and Inventory Management Solutions for FTSE 100 + FTSE 250 organisations amongst his successes.
He is currently the Managing Director UK & Ireland for Mercateo and will share his passion of the customer, and the ways to win sales and loyalty.
