Basic translation: How it works

Send us the content you need translating, and let us know which language combinations you need and what your deadline is.

We'll send you a quote for the project, and we won't start work until we receive approval from you.

We'll allocate a translator who'll complete the translation as per your brief.

Your final translation will be delivered to you in the same format you sent it to us in.

We have worked with Lingo24 on a number of projects and we are confident in the ability of their translators, the professionalism of the account support and the efficiency of the whole solution. WorkRite
Lingo24 are a very good outfit. They worked to a tight timeframe and came within budget. The quality of the translations were good and the team worked well. Would happily use them again in the future. Good Business

Some of our service levels include client review and feedback as a standard part of the workflow, so this will be included in the price. However, any amendments made to the source file after the translation has been completed and delivered would require us to retrace each step of the original workflow. As such, we need to charge for the additional work involved for both ourselves and our translators.
