On-brand translation: How it works

Send us your content and relevant language assets including your existing translation memory, Glossary and Style Guide.

We'll provide an accurate quote based on your source material, and won't proceed until this has been approved. 


We'll select the most suitable translators for your work, based on their experience.

Then we'll arrange a briefing session for you and our translation teams, to make sure they fully understand your brand and tone of voice.

Your content and brand will be translated, and then reviewed by a second professional translator. 

We also include a comprehensive two-stage feedback process to make sure your comments are included and that your tone of voice is correctly interpreted.

After we've gathered and incorporated your feedback we'll conduct final checks and deliver the file(s) to you as per your brief and in the same document format you sent them to us in.
