Studying engineering science at Oxford University for four years was the perfect launch pad for the man who now heads up the company's technology division. Having specialised in his "pet" subjects of electronics and control systems, Jos was originally involved in the pilot project for Lingo24. Now he towers head and shoulders above everyone (both literally and metaphorically!) when it comes to all things computer-related.

A graduate in Psychology from The University of Sussex, Tom specialised in advertising and implicit learning - his natural aptitude for these subjects leading to a first class honours degree. Nowadays he uses his skills as a web developer coupled with his psychology background to drive forward the much-visited lingo24.com website and other Lingo24 web projects.

Multilingual software engineer Razvan is a qualified computer engineer who holds a degree specialising in automation and computers from Timisoara Polytechnic University. Razvan joined Lingo24 from RSB and is currently lead programmer for the Lingo24 site, a role which makes full use of all his previous experience and at the same time allows him to keep bang up to date with current developments in both hardware and software engineering.

A graduate in computer science from Oradea University, Teodora professes herself to be "passionate about programming", and this certainly explains why she is such a diligent and valued member of the Lingo24 programming team. Teodora's main remit is to develop web-based applications which can be used to enhance the operation and functioning of Lingo24's impressive new-look multilingual website.

By all accounts Tudor lives, works and breathes programming - indeed he even chooses to spend some of his precious leisure time working on Internet-based programming competitions! An experienced programmer, Tudor has much to contribute to the development of Lingo24's site, having spent the last five years pursuing studies in software engineering at Timisoara Polytechnic University.

In 2001 Arpad helped some friends to launch a small ISP in Timisoara, and this spurred him on to pursue a career in programming. A part-time student at the local Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications, Arpad is in the enviable position of working in an area he is equally passionate about in his spare time. A fan of Gabriel Garcia Marquez, he would gladly spend one hundred years of solitude in front of his PC. His expertise, diligence and productivity are highly appreciated at Lingo24.

Cris graduated from the University of Timisoara with a degree in English and Romanian in 1997 and claims that it was 'love at first sight' between her and graphics the following year. Web design has since become her great hobby and passion. This is fortunate for Lingo24, as she can now channel this passion into making Lingo24's much-visited website even more user-friendly and striking than it already is.

Elena has been working as a designer for Lingo24 since autumn 2005. Hailing from the picturesque town of Brasov, her home is now the equally picturesque city of Timisoara. Elena's artistic background (she studied at the Fine Arts Faculty in Timisoara) makes her the ideal choice for coming up with snazzy designs for our website, and making our eye-catching brochures look, well, eye-catching. As she puts it herself, this role allows her to explore her boundless creativity.
