Every organisation needs someone like Raluca, and Lingo24 is no different. A psychology graduate, her grey matter is put to good use in a multi-tasking position that combines everything from credit control to making travel arrangements and the organisation of meetings. She has also recently added quality assurance to her list of duties. She describes herself as a 'tolerant, patient, communicative and curious person', all qualities that have been very valuable to her in this challenging and rewarding role.

Dana is responsible for the recruitment of freelance translators for Lingo24. Within this pivotal position, she ensures that all translators added to Lingo24's extensive database meet strict recruitment criteria and makes sure that our freelancer information (translators' rates, the language combinations they offer etc.) is kept up-to-date. Her good humour and easy-going manner not only makes her popular with colleagues but keeps Lingo24's all-important relationship with our freelance translators friendly and professional. Although not originally from Timisoara, Dana now lives and works in her adopted city.

Another Romanian with German blood in him, Felix combines a challenging IT support role with that of project manager. A student of the language of Goethe as well as the language of the PC, his sunny disposition tends to brighten up even the cloudiest of days. Felix is the first port of call for any IT problems experienced by his Timisoara colleagues, which he always deals with promptly and efficiently. He has also taken well to his secondary role, liaising effectively with translators and clients.

Efficient accounts procedures are essential to every successful business, and here at Lingo24 it is former assistant bank manager Elaine who assures the smooth processing of invoices and payments. Based in "the granite city" of Aberdeen, Elaine has worked with the company since it was founded back in September 2001, so when it comes to accounts, she knows Lingo24 inside out!
