Job Description for Lingo24 Senior PHP Software Engineer in Timişoara, Romania

Lingo24 the leading translation company in Timişoara is looking to hire Senior PHP Software Engineers. We are looking for bright, energetic people who are good team players and have a positive attitude.

Requirements
•    3 to 5 years in-depth PHP experience
•    Computer Science MSc or evidence of equivalent experience
•    Solid object oriented skills
•    Experience in working with frameworks (Qcubed, Qcodo, CakePHP, ZendFramework, Code Igniter, Simfony or similar)
•    Experience in working with web services (SOAP, RPC, REST)
•    Experience in working with databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
•    Experience in using and/or developing CMS systems (Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla)
•    The ability to learn quickly
•    The ability to work unsupervised as well as coordinating a team

Responsibilities
•    develop advanced PHP applications for Lingo24 and its clients
•    develop web services
•    write complex database queries, views, triggers and functions
•    maintain code through Mercurial
•    do code reviews and pair programming
•    assist the junior programmers

Salary and conditions

Salary: Best package on the Timisoara IT market. We will beat your current package by at least 10%.
