Job Description for Lingo24 Sales Executive - Panama

Background

Lingo24 is one of the fastest-growing, most innovative translation companies in Europe. With small operations in the UK, New Zealand, China, France and Germany, the company’s main hubs are in  Romania and Panama, where it employs over 80 people in project management, account management, IT and marketing roles. Lingo24 undertakes translation projects for a wide range of clients in several different industry sectors.

It is now seeking outstanding Sales Executives to join its growing Sales team to ensure Lingo24’s client portfolio development.

 

Role

The Sales Executive’s main role is to develop Lingo24`s client portfolio.

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent English, both written and spoken
  • German, French or Portuguese would be a plus
  • Very good online research and computer skills
  • Over 2 years experience in sales (telemarketing experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communicator, disciplined, persistent, organised, pro-active, capable of working independently without day-to-day supervision

 

Specific responsibilities:

Overview: Establish and maintain client relationships, with a view to developing new business opportunities.

  1. Researching potential clients online with a view to compiling lists of companies with translation requirements.
  2. Deciding on appropriate client communication.
  3. Establishing contact with potential clients via phone and email and identifying key decision-makers within companies with regular translation services needs.
  4. Turning contacts into translation services buyers through Lingo24’s sales cycle
    • persuading contacts to consider Lingo24 as a translation services provider
    • agreeing assessment processes with contacts
  5. Maintaining strong relationships with contacts and developing further business from those client accounts.
