Sue joined the company as a project manager in 2003, having previously completed an Open University degree in French and English literature. Since then, her role has developed to include the management of complex projects for some of Lingo24's top clients. In cases where specific projects require a high degree of specialist input, Sue will often visit clients and provide them with in-depth advice and information on a wide range of project management and DTP issues.

After graduating from Edinburgh University with a degree in French and Spanish, Martyn lived and worked abroad for several years, before joining Lingo as a project manager in 2004. His first-rate understanding of the translation business and his personable nature ensure that he enjoys popularity with clients and colleagues alike. Moreover, his previous experience as a trainer has proved invaluable to Lingo24, making him a natural choice to train the company's new project managers in Romania.

A graduate in French and English from the Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Madalina joined Lingo24's project management team in 2005. Previously a teacher and freelance translator, she now applies her linguistic expertise to the careful assessment of clients' projects prior to quoting. Once a quote has been accepted, she scans Lingo24's comprehensive translator database with her eagle eye to ensure that she selects the translator best suited to your assignment.

Dana holds a degree in English and French from the University of Timisoara and is a consummate linguist who joined Lingo24 in 2005 as a project manager. As a vastly experienced and highly regarded translator in her native Romania, Dana has translated the works of Paul Auster and other major authors, and her language expertise and 'hands-on' knowledge of the translation industry make her an invaluable member of the Lingo24 team.

Claudia grew up in a bilingual Romanian-German family, and therefore speaks both languages fluently, something which has served her well when dealing with Lingo24's large German client base. She studied European Studies and International Relations in Timisoara and followed this up with a year in Budapest, where she completed a Masters in Political Science. This experience broadened her horizons and made her determined to work for an company with an international outlook. In her project management role, her relaxed, friendly approach has impressed both clients and colleagues alike.

Laura is currently studying part-time for an MA in Translation and Interpretation (French), and worked as a freelance translator before joining Lingo24. The company's biggest Francophile, she is delighted to have already had the chance to deal directly with the company's many French clients in the language of Baudelaire. Laura is 'driven by a wild desire to cure the incurable', something that has come to the fore over the past few months when solving project management-related problems.

Another recent recruit to the project management team at Lingo24, Ovidiana is a graduate in English and German from Timisoara University. In her first 'real' job since leaving university, she will pick an experienced translator for your project, and ensure that the whole process goes without a hitch every time. A self-confessed 'introvert', she has proven herself to be quite the opposite since she joined the team, adapting quickly to Lingo24's fast-paced environment.

As someone with a penchant for different languages and cultures, working in the cosmopolitan atmosphere of a translation company was the obvious move for Alain. Having studied Japanese and International Relations at the 'Institut des Langues Orientales' in Paris, he then spent 2 years in Japan working as a Coordinator for International Relationships, improving his skills in this exacting language along the way. When he joined Lingo24 in early 2004, he was living and working in Wellington, in New Zealand. Now back in Paris, Alain has responsibility for, amongst other things, proofreading and editing all French translations that pass through the company, a duty that he performs with panache and good humour. These qualities, along with his productivity and work rate, are very much appreciated by his colleagues here at Lingo24.
