Barbara joined Lingo24 in 2004, which makes her one of our longest serving employees. She is our Translation Manager and Language Combination Controller and before coming on board, worked as a freelance translator and also majored in law, literature & linguistics, Roman Catholic theology and mathematics at university.

Barbara speaks English, German, French, Italian, Latin and Russian.

Besides carrying out translation work, Barbara's role involves proofreading and monitoring the translation quality of many of our projects and she assesses our translators for quality on an on-going basis.
