“I’m in charge of the Linguist Management Department, which essentially means that I deal with Lingo24’s vast network of translators.

It really is fascinating, working with all these different cultures on a daily basis and it’s great being able to build up a virtual relationship with someone on the other side of the world. I’ve even had a couple of marriage proposals from one or two of our Indian translators, but I’m already spoken for!

Typically, I work two days in the office and three days from home, so I get to enjoy the best of both worlds. In the Lingo24 office we have a lot of fun and tell a lot of jokes, and I’ve yet to see anybody go out for lunch on their own. At home, I can really get to focus on the job in hand, knowing that I am still only a few clicks of the mouse away from my friends in the office.

Overall, I love the flexibility that Lingo24 offers me and because everyone I work with are all young, dynamic and fun, I really can’t see myself working anywhere else in the foreseeable future!”
