Following the opening of its new office in Panama, which began operations in January 2008, Lingo24 became the topic of two radio shows broadcast on two of the main stations in Panama City. Answering questions posed by the Panamanian public live, representatives from Lingo24 explained why the new office is a welcome addition to the established operations in Europe, Asia and New Zealand, and how it is now responding to the needs of all clients requiring translation services across the Americas.
Managing Director, Christian Arno, and members of the Lingo24 sales and production team were first invited by Jaime Bocanegra, the well-known host of “Sala Empresarial” (“The Business Room”). The show on W Radio is very popular among mid-level entrepreneurs and business professionals all over Panama, some of whom phoned in while our colleagues were in the studio.
The second radio station where Christian Arno and other members of the Lingo24 team were radio show guests was El Nuestro, one of Panama’s top English-language radio stations. This time it was for a more informal and light-hearted chat with the host of “Coffee with Bob and Friends”. The show was also live and interactive, thus giving telephone callers the chance to speak directly to people from Lingo24.
