The expertise and experience of Lingo24 translators is of paramount importance. We have a rigorous recruitment procedure, employing only professional accredited translators who have a proven track record in specialist subject areas. Our translators will only ever translate into their native language. We use translators based in the country for which the text is intended (in-country translators, as we call them), which is of particular benefit for culturally sensitive texts and website localisation, where current language usage is vital.

Lingo24 employs Language Combination Controllers (LCCs) who not only check the test pieces undertaken by potential Lingo24 translators, but also monitor work undertaken in their language combination to ensure it is of the requisite high standard. They constantly check and grade the translators on our database, taking into consideration client feedback, to ensure that the most adept translator is selected for translations in any given subject.
