Depending on the service level applied, Lingo24 will seek a comprehensive brief from you to ensure that the translator(s) understands your requirements. The translator(s) confirms both safe receipt of the brief, and clarifies any issues with the Project Manager, before beginning the translation.

The Project Manager, who has extensive experience in all aspects of translation work, constantly supervises the translation process and acts as a liaison between you and the translator.

Depending on the service level applied, you may be sent the translated document for checking before it is sent to the proofreader, and any issues will then be reviewed and rectified before the proofreading process.
