At what point can I cancel a project if I’ve already given it the go-ahead?

For First Draft Translation: Projects can be cancelled within one hour of receiving the go ahead. If the translator has already started working on the file, then the minimum charge for that language combination will apply.
For Fully Managed Translation & Editing: Projects can be cancelled within three hours of receiving the go ahead. If the translator has already started working on the file, then the minimum charge for that language combination will apply.
For Fully Managed Translation with Style: Projects can be cancelled within six hours of receiving the go ahead. If the translator has already started working on the file, then the minimum charge for that language combination will apply.
For Transcreation: Projects can be cancelled within six hours of receiving the go ahead. If the translator has already started working on the file, then the minimum charge for that language combination will apply.
