Why is it more expensive to translate into Nordic languages, than other languages?

As we only use native speaking in-country translators, all our Nordic language translators reside in Scandinavian countries. Because Nordic languages are less sought-after for translation than other European languages, and because the Scandinavian economies require a higher standard rate for translators, the Nordic languages are more expensive than some other languages.
