Our Quality Management system assures the tracking of every project from order to delivery.
In the briefing phase, your dedicated Account Manager checks the completeness of the information that the translators require. In the project placement phase, the Project Manager follows strict criteria in selecting the best translators for your work. In the translation phase, our Technical Division provides full technical support with file formats and use of our translation technology, Heart. In the editing phase, the proofreaders ensure the quality of the translations. And, finally, in the delivery phase, the Project Manager will be open to your feedback and will act upon it to ensure your satisfaction with the delivered project.
We maintain our high quality standards across successive projects by using the same dedicated Project Manager, Account Manager and translator(s) across all projects for returning clients.
