How long does it take to have my feedback implemented?

Projects are closed upon your confirmation of safe receipt of the file(s). Feedback for a translation project that is provided while the project is still open will be incorporated into the project and, depending on your service level, an amended copy of the project may be provided within the word count turnaround time frame specified by the service level.
Lingo24's Terms and Conditions also allow for a six-week period after delivery of the project within which a complaint can be raised. After this six week period, while best endeavours will be made, we cannot guarantee that the complaint will be investigated.
When feedback is received within the set time frame, a Quality Issue Investigation will be raised with your translator(s) and your complaint will be investigated by the Service Quality Manager. The translator will provide an explanation for any errors and will correct the mistakes, if the complaint proves relevant. Your document may also be sent to a third party proofreader, who will provide an evaluation of the translation and of your complaint.
