How are refund situations managed?

If a refund of a paid invoice is requested then a Quality Investigation will be enacted. If the complaint is proven to be justified, then a revised invoice will be sent out and the refundable amount transferred to the nominated account. Please note that, despite best endeavours, Quality Investigations cannot be guaranteed if the complaint is made more than six weeks after delivery of the project.
