Our Translation Memory is stored on our secure servers and is not downloadable except by authorised persons. We use a secure server to encrypt all sensitive data transferred online, including all documents and credit/debit card information. Our Verisign certificate is your guarantee that all information submitted to us online will remain secure.

Lingo24 is registered as a data controller under the United Kingdom Data Protection Act, registration number z1417306. The confidentiality of your documents is assured by file access restrictions and confidentiality agreements signed by all the parties involved in translation: translators, proofreaders and Lingo24 employees.
