In what file-format will you deliver the finished project?

Once your project is completed, you will receive the translated files in the same format as you had provided them or another format, if requested. The formatting of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HTML documents, if similar to the source file, is included in your service.
There is an advantage in sending us the files in an editable format, as we can mirror the source file's layout in the delivered file. Also, cost-wise we may offer a discount for all repetitions that occur in the file. We cannot count the repetitions if the source file is not editable.
Also, in situations where the source file is not editable, we may not be able to establish the exact word count and provide an accurate quote. In this situation, we will provide an estimated quote (based on an estimation of the word count) which will later be amended based on the exact number of target words translated.
In cases where the format of the source file cannot be reproduced (for instance, PDFs, scanned faxes or pictures) you will be informed in advance, and another format will be agreed upon.
If your file(s) need to be formatted in a certain way (fliers, brochures, catalogues), please send us your design style guide and our Desktop Publishing team will format your file(s) to your required specifications - in this instance an additional DTP charge will be required.
