Heart has predefined filters for the file-formats it can work with (please see What file-formats can Heart technology handle?). This means that all the codes/scripts are protected. Heart also has a built-in Quality Assurance Module that constantly checks for errors (from a basic spell-checker to more complex structure and integrity checks).
