Extra charges will not apply to additions or amendments to a source text provided that the amendments are reported shortly after the order is placed and do not affect more than 10% of the source file. In other instances, an extra charge may apply. The different service levels have different time periods within which changes are permitted after Lingo24 has received the go-ahead - for a full list of these time periods please contact your Account Manager or Project Manager. Lingo24's Heart technology is also designed to faciliate easy amendments to source files, as clients can log in to the system and amend source files directly.
