The advantages of actually being able speak to speak to a friendly voice can never be underestimated today. To this end, Carolyn spends much of her time assisting new clients on the telephone with their enquiries and quotes, but she also looks after ongoing projects. Her multi-tasking skills were honed in her previous life as a manager in a busy book-seller's. As well as an Honours degree in Modern Languages, Carolyn also possesses an M.A. in Translation, earned at the University of Surrey. Her good humour coupled with her pragmatism have swiftly made her an irreplaceable employee and colleague.
