Job Description for Lingo24 Client Liaison Manager in Timişoara, Romania
Background
Lingo24 is one of the fastest-growing, most innovative translation companies in Europe. With small operations in the UK, New Zealand, China, France and Germany, the company’s main hub is in Romania, where it employs over 50 people in project management, account management, IT and marketing roles. Lingo24 undertakes translation projects for a wide range of clients in several different industry sectors.
It is now seeking an experienced Client Liaison manager to join its growing Sales&Marketing team to ensure Lingo24’s clients are cared for in the best possible way.
Outline of Client Liaison Manager role
Our Client Liaison Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
Specific tasks
- To respond to incoming enquiries from clients by telephone and email.
- To discuss translation requirements with clients and advise them in their best interest, seeking assistance from colleagues and superiors when necessary.
- To sell the services of Lingo24 accurately and effectively.
- Once a project has been ordered by the client prepare the project for the project manager to take over, passing over all the details regarding the client and the project, having entered all details onto the project page.
- To prepare quotations for clients and follow up on these quotations promptly and systematically.
- To receive from the client proper project authorisation that is in line with Lingo24's credit policies.
- To attend to the requirements of clients with due care, attention, courtesy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- To develop and maintain a good relationship with clients.
- To assist other members of staff in their dealings with clients.
- To contact clients systematically for feedback on our services.
- To contact lapsed clients systematically to maintain the profile of Lingo24 in their organisation.
Requirements
- A university degree, preferably in languages, and ideally involving English.
- Excellent spoken and written English (German, in addition, would be a distinct advantage)
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Email, typing).
- Excellent organisational skills, and be friendly, level-headed, self-motivated, independent, trustworthy, ambitious, committed and a very strong team player
- Experience dealing with customers in English (and other languages)
Salary and conditions
Salary: Will depend on experience, but will be competitive and rewarding.
Full time job, the working hours will correspond to UK working hours: 9-17 GMT.
