QuickCount is a word counting and invoicing tool available at no charge to Translatorsbase.com and Directfreelance.com members. This tool was released by VerbumSoft (a provider of freelance translator software tools) and is directed to translators who base their quotations and invoices on the number of words, characters, lines or pages. QuickCount works with a variety of file types, from Microsoft Word to RTF, Microsoft Excel, XML and many more. It provides configurable statistics for each file - file name, file type, number of words, lines, pages, total charge amount etc.
