		<description>I completely agree that I wouldn't expect that signs be written in English for me when I go to a foreign country.  I think that anyone who has moved to another country should learn the language and that is their responsibility.  However, language services should be provided by the state in necessary situations.

Secondly, it would be beneficial to consider the economic stimulation created by that 500 million.  Language providers are facilitators and stimulators.  Initially there is the impact of the language industry and all the people it employs benefiting from that half a billion pounds.  Secondly, through it's services it stimulates more business through improved communication and the ability to reach broader markets.</description>
