We sent our brand new Head of Americas Operations, Jose Barranco, over to our main hub in Timisoara, Romania, but how did Jose get on at the Lingoplex? We caught up with him to find out:
“During my visit, I've spent time with all the departments, seen how they work and follow processes, integrate with each other and the importance of continuous communication.
“What really shines is the people that I've had the opportunity to meet and work with—everyone is really friendly, dedicated and proud of the work they do.

What do you do when you’ve never flown before and don’t speak Spanish? You go to Panama for three months of course.
We’re delighted to welcome Deputy Head of TechDiv, Bogdan Stanoiev, to the Lingo blog to reveal his thoughts on life, travel and work in our Panamanian hub.

Travel broadens the mind? Panama, here we come!

The late, great American humorist Mark Twain once said that “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness”. Put a little more succinctly, travel does indeed broaden the mind.
And this is partly why Lingo24 is sending Adi and Oana - our trusted Project and Linguist Managers – over to Panama for six months.
However, unlike Mark Twain’s paid-pilgrimages across the globe, Lingo24’s cultural crossover is designed to help transfer the invaluable skill set and knowledge base of our Romanian base over to our colleagues in Panama.
