Language learning for a global economy

As native English speakers, it’s easy to assume that because English is the world’s most commonly spoken second language, there’s no need to bother with a second tongue. But the fact is, those leaving education armed with fluency in at least one foreign tongue will be at a distinct advantage over other job-hunters. Language, after all, is one of the last few remaining barriers in creating a true global village.

Lingo24 hit the headlines…

Well, it seems that Lingo24 is continuing on its upwards trajectory to the stars.

Last week - Wednesday 4th of February to be precise - was the day that Scotland’s oldest daily newspaper – ‘The Press and Journal’ – featured Lingo24 and its very own founder and director, Christian Arno.

Serving the northern areas of the country, including the cities of Aberdeen and Inverness, the Press and Journal newspaper is something of an institution, and to be featured by it is a real honour.
