Service Delivery Administrator

The role of the Service Delivery Administrator is to support the Production team, and by request any department in the company, with day-to-day administrative tasks that are repetitive, by following the company’s internal procedures, task descriptions and step by step instructions.
This is a great job for those who like to dabble in a variety of tasks and can multi-task with ease.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Performing repetitive tasks following step by step instructions
  • Sorting out emails and other information
  • Sourcing suppliers
  • Identifying suppliers availabilities
  • Performing searches in the suppliers database
  • Data Typing and managing data entries
  • Data Filing and File Management
  • Handling Purchase Orders
  • Performing checks on files
  • Creating reports
  • Making phone calls
  • Performing other administrative tasks in Lingo24 as and when required
  • Calculate Metrics for POs or sometimes for quotes
  • Usage of Lingo24 used CAT tools (XTM and Coach) and other tools as and when required

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree
  • English – C1 level
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent time management, able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent command of MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word
