This is a split role between our Application Support Team and our Helpdesk Support Team. The Application Support Team provides support to all users of our technology platform; internal users, suppliers, and clients. The Helpdesk Support Team provides internal support for our technical infrastructure; including hardware, desktop software and, networking and telecoms infrastructure.
