Project Manager

Location: Cebu, Philippines

The role of Lingo24’s Project Managers is to ensure quality, timely delivery of our language services to all our clients.

From the initial quoting stages, supplier selection and assignment, monitoring progress throughout the course of a project, all the way to the final delivery, our Project Managers create and deliver the Lingo24 client experience, having a direct contribution in the development of internal workflows and technology.

We would expect you to be:

  • A thorough and structured individual who can use project management tools: Gantt, Microsoft Project or similar
  • A proficient English user – both written and spoken (C1 level or above)
  • An experienced Project Manager (minimum of 2 years preferably) demonstrated by a proven track record of success in multiple projects and familiar with some project management methodologies, PMP, Prince2, Agile
  • Experienced in project planning, risk management, conflict management and people management, having worked across teams and driving initiatives/work across multiple areas from solution development perspective
  • A confident decision maker, in both the clients’ and company’s best interest
  • Great communications skills – able to lead client conversations in a constructive manner, take on feedback and turn it into actionable goals for your team and colleagues
  • Committed to continuously learn, experiment and develop yourself
  • Display a consistent, positive, can-do professional attitude, with the ability to flourish in a challenging, fast-paced, professional environment
  • Amenable to work during the night until dawn to provide support to our Europe and America-based clients

In this role, you will get the opportunity to:

  • Provide consultancy to our customers on the service suite and help them find the best solution for their translation and localisation needs
  • Plan, organise and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful delivery of our projects
  • Identify, structure and communicate risks to support customers with their more technical requirements
  • Clearly define and communicate objectives, roles and responsibilities to all resources involved
  • Work with our developers and provide internal feedback and insight on our workflows and technology tools in order to improve on the quality, efficiency and usability of these tools

What we offer

  • We work 7 hours, with an additional hour for lunch; 10pm until 6am
  • An allocation of 18 days paid holiday per calendar year. From the beginning of the third year with Lingo24, employees are awarded an additional day’s holiday which continues to increase, one day per year, up to a maximum of five (5) additional days
