How does it work?
Any time you order from Lingo24, be it by phone, online or over email, you’re already tapping into our 24-hour network of project managers and translators. All central communication channels are monitored continuously to ensure seamless service. Want to place an order at midnight UK time? No problem – our team in New Zealand will be happy to look after you. Calls to our hotline numbers (on the left hand side of this page) are automatically re-routed at the end of the European working day, and all emails/web orders are checked centrally by those team members best placed to deal with them right away.
Sounds great, but is it really useful?
Let's imagine you have a 1,000 word translation that is needed “yesterday”. If you place an order with your local translation company at 4 p.m. local time, the earliest a translator will realistically be able to start is first thing next morning. With us, the translators start first thing their morning (usually 13 hours before your morning starts!) and have a full working day to get the job done. We can guarantee this overnight service for most major language combinations – and even for longer jobs, our presence in seven different countries enables us to take advantage of time-zone differences to deliver quicker.
